Drew,I would go ahead and install a new filter on the tractor.Then turn the fuel on and and let the fuel purge the air pocket from the new filter.Tighten the bleed valve in the top of the filter and then,loosen the small 1/4" hex screw on the side of the injector pump.Crank the engine over until fuel sprays out.Retighten this screw.Now loosen .
